Caught in the Act!!!

There's been lots of life in my pond this year. This frog was found on my door. You need to click the video and hear the sounds (I know you can't see anything), just for the sound effects.














This I caught last night, he was swimming. Then there were like 5 others making their love sounds.














Look at their gobblers! Awesome!!




























The frog in the water came over to this one and yes, wait for it.......









































Jumped on top!!!














The next morning, two were still at it, and there were TONS of eggs. All the little white specs in the water are eggs.

We had our meeting at Heather's. We got lots of work done. Here are our pics.

Next Meeting

Our next meeting is at Heather's house. Bring your gloves, clippers and shovels. We'll be cleaning up the gardens. Goodies will be provided. Be there at 5:30.

Garden Club Success!

Our garden club has been going on all summer. Alternating houses, to get and keep gardens in shape. At Shelley's house it has been a great success, as her yard was voted yard of the month for July! Hooray!

Thursday, July 17

Our next Garden Club meeting is at Shelley's house on Thursday at 2:30. Plans to weed the front and drain pond.

Next Meeting

The next Garden Club meeting is on Monday, June 16 at 6:30 p.m. at Shelley's House. Bring your gloves! Dinner will be provided.

What we'll do? Pull weeds, trim plants, spread mulch, and clean the pond.
